8. REPLACING THE BATTERY PACK

As sson as the autonomy of the instrument becomes unsufficient, the battery pack should

be changed.(Lifespan about 4 to 6 years)

1. Purchase a battery pack from your TRIMOS distributor.

2. Switch off the instrument.

3. Place the instrument in an horizontal position onto a table. (steady)

4. Unscrew the base plate. (5 screws)

5. Disconnect the battery pack (A)

6. Connect the new battery pack and refit the base plate. Take care not to damage

Any connecting cables.

7. Charge the new battery pack ~15 heures.
